Early Learning and Childcare for 3 to 5 year olds

We offer funded places for up to 70 children aged 3 to 5 years and 10 children aged 2 years. The nursery is open every weekday morning from 8.30am until 2.30pm.

St. Mary’s Nursery was established in 1965 and has been nurturing and educating children in central Kirkintilloch and surrounding areas ever since. We are very proud to be one of the longest established nurseries in our community

We are registered for 70 places for children aged 3 to 5 years and we work in partnership with East Dunbartonshire Council. The nursery is open every weekday morning from 8.30am until 2.30pm. Every funded child will receive a hot home cooked lunch (or sandwich if preferred) made by our in house Chef, as well as a healthy snack. Milk and water are offered with both snack and lunch.

Children experience outdoor play everyday and each child has their own outdoor clothing supplied by and kept in the nursery including wellies, waterproof trousers and jackets.

The Nursery follows East Dunbartonshire school holiday pattern.
